Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the LuckysBet platform. By registering an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the online gambling platform operated at luckysbet.cz ("the Platform") by LuckysBet s.r.o., a company incorporated under Czech law, with its registered office at Vodickova 710/31, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic, Company ID (ICO): 12345678.

LuckysBet s.r.o. holds an interactive gambling licence issued by the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic under Act No. 186/2016 Coll. (the Gambling Act). Our licence number is MF-XXXXX/2025/34. All gambling activities offered on this Platform are conducted in compliance with applicable Czech legislation.

By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the specific Game Plans for each gambling product.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account on the Platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

  1. You must be at least 18 years of age.
  2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities may not hold player accounts.
  3. You must not be listed in the register of persons excluded from gambling maintained by the Ministry of Finance.
  4. You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, permanent address, and a valid email address.
  5. You may hold only one (1) account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

We reserve the right to verify your identity at any time. Verification may include, but is not limited to, requesting a government-issued photo ID, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement no older than 3 months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within 30 days of the request may result in account suspension.

3. Account Rules

Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with any third party.
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or terrorist financing.
  • Use any automated software, bots, or systems to interact with the Platform.
  • Exploit any technical errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software.
  • Collude with other players or engage in any form of fraudulent activity.

LuckysBet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice. In such cases, genuine remaining balances (excluding bonus funds) may be returned at our discretion, subject to regulatory requirements.

4. Deposits

The Platform accepts deposits in Czech Koruna (CZK) via the following methods:

  • Bank transfer (domestic CZK transfers)
  • Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Online banking services
  • E-wallets (Skrill, Neteller) where available

The minimum deposit amount is 100 CZK. The maximum single deposit is 500,000 CZK, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly, though bank transfers may take up to 2 business days.

All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. We do not accept deposits from third-party sources. LuckysBet does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds at any time, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Your identity must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
  2. The minimum withdrawal amount is 200 CZK.
  3. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible.
  4. Standard processing time is 1-3 business days from the date the withdrawal is approved.
  5. LuckysBet may request additional documentation before approving withdrawals exceeding 100,000 CZK or where enhanced due diligence is required.

We reserve the right to void winnings and reverse withdrawals if we determine that a player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or irregular play patterns. Any such decision will be communicated to the affected player with a clear explanation.

6. Bonus Terms

From time to time, LuckysBet may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other incentives ("Bonuses"). Each Bonus is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer. The following general rules apply to all Bonuses unless stated otherwise:

  • Bonuses are limited to one per player, per household, per IP address, unless otherwise specified.
  • Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The default wagering requirement is 35x the bonus amount, unless a different multiplier is stated in the specific promotion.
  • Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days from the date the bonus was credited. Unmet bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited after this period.
  • Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10%, and live casino games 10%, unless otherwise stated.
  • The maximum bet while an active bonus is in play is 125 CZK per round or spin. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
  • LuckysBet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

7. Responsible Gambling

LuckysBet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe environment for all players. We provide the following tools and features:

  • Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings. Decreases take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 7-day cooling-off period.
  • Loss limits: Set maximum loss thresholds for defined time periods.
  • Session time limits: Receive notifications or be automatically logged out after a specified duration of play.
  • Self-exclusion: You may exclude yourself from the Platform for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During the exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account or receive any marketing communications.
  • Reality checks: Periodic pop-up notifications displaying your session duration and net result.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and audio, is the property of LuckysBet s.r.o. or its licensors and is protected by Czech and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Platform without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

LuckysBet provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors. In the event of a system malfunction, any bets placed during the malfunction may be declared void.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuckysBet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of our service, please follow these steps:

  1. Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via the Support page or email at support@luckysbet.cz. We aim to resolve all complaints within 10 business days.
  2. Step 2: If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to our Complaints Manager by emailing complaints@luckysbet.cz. The Complaints Manager will review the matter independently and respond within 20 business days.
  3. Step 3: If the dispute remains unresolved, you may refer the matter to the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic as the supervisory authority, or to an accredited alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the above process shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Czech Republic.

11. Amendments

LuckysBet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.
